It all depends on the application you're using along with the webcam, but the auto zooming should be disabled in few easy steps. At first you need to access the settings menu where you can configure the Video source. Next you select the camera and click on Properties. Finally, switch to the features tab and disable zooming. Additionally, use the standard application to access the camera properties to disable the zoom feature.
