The resolution doesn't have anything to do with clarity. To adjust clarity, you will need to set up focus. If this is an external camera, spin the wheel attached to the lens until you get the desired effects. Some camera devices have a built-in focus adjustment settings that can be accessed from the camera settings. Otherwise, use the method I have described above.
