I have downloaded the application through the application's page at Software Informer and it works normally. There was no error or something related to this process. I have attached an image to see exactly that the software doesn't give any errors at all. However, in your case, you will have to Repair it because it's missing a resource that the software needs. Visit the application's page to download another copy of the software.
