Need help troubleshooting the software.

When I am sending the message to the sign, I receive the message: Connected, message sent, disconnected, update successful. Is this normal? Because the message is not showing up on the sign. Any suggestions?

Yes, this is the correct sequence used and displayed by the application when the message was sent. If you have the possibility, connect again to the device then wipe all the messages. Load only one message and send it again. If I am right, the message should be sent to the device for displaying.

Additionally, a new application might be necessary in order to use the message board. Unfortunately, Ignite isn't available for downloading. Contact Support for further information.
