A long time ago I had The Impressionist Collection screensaver and wallpaper. Do you still have that - for current systems?

No, the software doesn't exist anymore. In fact the software was released for old versions of Windows without any update to make it compatible on newer ones. The official website displays a generic IIS 7 page which means the domain it's either discontinued or abandoned.
