The purple arrows that show who you sent your story are all open, ie. white in the middle of the arrow. Does this show who has opened & viewed your story? Because when I click next to my story where it shows the eye image icon, only 1 eye is showing one view is present? I don't understand the difference between the open arrows and the eye icon.

Snapchat doesn't offer the possibility to view how many users have opened the store. The arrows indicated that the store has been saved and the eye indicates that the story was viewed by users. There is no number to see exactly who viewed it. There was a 3rd party Snapchat client who allowed viewing the total number of users, but Snapchat bans them. If you use it, you might lose your account.
