I have been having issues with my Viber since 1st Jan 2015. I have logged two support tickets since 1st Jan and my problem is not resolved yet. I got one response for one of the support ticket and it said that Viber had blocked my number. After this email no response and I am still waiting for my account to be active. Can you help ?

Your number seems to be blocked at this time due to unusual activity on Viber. We will forward your request to the relevant department and, should they find your request valid, your number will be unblocked in the next 24 hours.
Please note that if your number is blocked again after being removed from our block list, we will not be able to unblock it in the future.
