The CaptionView application/library isn't available anymore. No information is released about this software. This means you will either have to work with the one you have and avoid upgrading to Windows 7 or switch to something else that you know is compatible with Windows 7 operating system. Since there is no update or official information, I can say that the compatibility with Windows 7 is practically unavailable.
