Manual or decent guidelines for WatermarK Factory for Mac.

Does anyone have a good manual, some decent guidelines or the link to a good tutorial how to use Watermark Factory for Mac? The Window version works perfect (therefore I decided to buy it also for Mac), the Mac version is very hard to deal with. I did contact the firm twice and in both cases I never got a reply back.
