The only application I could find related to playback of Darlex *.vid files is SiraView. Darlex is mostly used in UK and the SiraView is available for England as a majority. Access the official website and download the application then attempt a playback of the file using the provided player, otherwise you will have to use the software that recorded the file. It should also have a video player to allow you to view the files.
