We (MCT's) are desperately waiting for a version of the Skillpipe Offline Reader for Windows Phone. Any ideas about release date?
According to the official page, the application isn't available for Windows Phone nor there is any information about a possible release date. You can download the app for Android, Windows Vista/7, and Windows 8/RT.
