I can make outgoing calls, but can't receive calls. Can you help?
There could be multiple causes for this error:
The firewall doesn't allow connections to your computer which means you will have to go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall to add it to the excluded list.
The servers of the application are not working correctly. Contacting the developer seems the right thing to do in this case.
The software doesn't work properly, which means it's either corrupted or the files needed are missing. Re-install the application and it might fix the problem.
