On which operating system can Winman TDS run and what are the other requirements (including NDSL requirements)?

Winman TDS can run on Windows XP SP3 and above. Also, the software requires a processor with 1 GHz, 1.0 GB RAM memory, 1.0 GB free disk space for installation and Microsoft Office 2003 or above. Unfortunately, the NDSL requirements are not specified anywhere and you will need to contact the developer in order to find information about them.
