I had my computer crashed where the software Folder Latch was also uninstalled. Now I have installed it again, but how do I unlock the folder that is on my external Hard Disk? It's not even showing that.
The application allows you to unlock the files and disks. Open the software then use the search function. Select the drives you know they're locked and begin the search. Once the application finds the file, you should be given the possibility to unlock them. For more information access the Support page provided by the developer.
