How can I re-download Polderbit Recorder to a new computer?

I purchased Polderbit Sound Recorder while back. Now I have a new computer and would like to re-install it (to run on Windows 7). Can you give instructions?

The only possibility to download the application is through the download page provided by the Software Informer. Access the download page, then wait it to start and save the file to your computer. Right click the file, choose Run as Administrator and follow the instructions.
