I have been using a DODO dongle on Windows 7 with good results, but recently I bought a Windows 8.1 computer, and now find that the DODO dongle keeps displaying no connection, regardless of every so called fix that I try.
There are no drivers available for this device which means you will have to install them the usual way. First disable driver enforcement from Windows + C > PC Settings > Recovery > Advanced Options > Startup Options > Troubleshoot Startup > Option 7. Install the drivers for the dongle and accept the warning. Run the software in compatibility mode, then reboot the PC and it should work.
