The Tranclient application is used to process credit card transactions. If you don't work with these type of tools, then I recommend its immediate removal. This could also be a false alarm, and Norton detected it as being malware because of various code in the software that resembles to the one used in trojans, etc.
Remove the application if you don't have any use for it.
