Error with KDTele tools - kdvoice error code.

I want play a file from my modem. Ringing is OK, caller ID is OK, but when I play my sound, I receive this error: Sound device is exclusively allocated by another application.

Of course my sound card is not installed properly. Maybe this error is caused by my sound card.

Any file you attempt to play requires an installed soundcard. If it't not working, you will not be able to play it. The modem doesn't have any connection with the playback of files. It has a built-in mini speaker to deliver sounds and such. Go to Device manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and then right click the soundcard. Choose Update Driver and let Windows install the drivers. After this procedure you will be able to play the files on your computer.
