I get an incorrect SIM error when using my Sierra Wireless Aircard Watcher software. I am not sure how to correct this problem.
There is an entire page with troubleshoot options provided by Telus. It explains exactly how to use the software and SIM card when you encounter errors. However, when you receive the message above, it means you have inserted other SIM card that's not supported by the Sierra Wireless AirCard. It's possible the AirCard is locked to a certain network, and if you insert other SIM, the above message will pop up.
