Each stealth application has a way to unhide it. Since you didn't provide its name, I recommend visiting its page on the store where it's available. Each developer provides the ways to unhide the application in the description where the app is hosted, and usually the hide mode is triggered through the dialer of the phone. This is the only way to get access to the application.
