I am hoping you can help me. I have several 5.25 floppy disks that are in WordPerfect and I want to be able to open and read. I put passwords on them years ago and have no clue what they are. Any suggestions?
Attempting to brute force passwords on floppy disks could lead to data failure from the beginning. I recommend copying the files to your computer and then use a tool to try to recover the password. You can use the available applications from the database of Software Informer to attempt a possible recovery for files after they have been copied.
