A good approach to the problem based on my research is Total Doc Converter which does its converting job pretty easy and accurate. I have tested the program and the results are incredible. It really converts all documents to other well-known document formats. The converting job is simple and it requires only 3 clicks to finish it. Install the application after you download the setup package using the wizard and then start it from your desktop. On the left side of the software you have a tree with your computer. Navigate to the folder where you document resides and in the middle area select the document you need. On the right side you'll have a preview of the document. Converting is done by clicking the buttons under the main menu. Just click the format you want your file to be exported, choose the output folder and wait. Your conversion will be completed in a few seconds.
