The campus story is available only for a limited number of campuses, like University of Southern California, Penn State, University of Texas at Austin, and the University of California, Los Angeles. Probably, you've moved away from the area where the story is available, but to be sure, create a simple story and hide it, then repeat the same process for the campus story, if it applies. Alternatively, you have to reach the area of the university to be able to see the stories.
