It's possible that you didn't check the contacts that were required for exporting. Go back into the application and make sure you have the possibility to connect to the database and then export your contacts. Since the MySQL is the one keeping the contacts and the AIS is just a front end, I believe the problem is with the database. Restart MySQL and then export the contacts again and it should work normally.
