Printmaster 17 won't run in Windows 7 environment because of compatibility issues. The easiest approach to the problem is to use the Compatibility mode which is available in Windows 7.
Right click on the setup/executable then go to Properties> Compatibility tab and from the drop-down menu choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 / 2 / 1 and see if it works.
Another solution for you is to update the software to version 18.1 which has support for Windows 7 operating system. The manufacturer specified exactly that this update should make the software compatible with the Windows 7 environment.
