Set up without dongle.

We use Topkapi Vision 32 in our Factory for krystalizator. We got a backup of our actual program and set up without license dongle. If we attach the dongle to the computer will it recognize it or do we have to set up again dongle again?

Typically, if you restore a backup of the whole application, the dongle should work the moment you insert it, but in case it gives you errors, then the device needs to be set up again because the package that's going to be installed contains libraries, security files and service files that need to be started as a system.
