Program fails to authenticate. Tried running it as Administrator, tried offline, but still no go. Can't copy code to email. I tried turning off firewall and even porting through port 80. Is this a bug? I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit, 8 gigs of RAM.
According to the developer's instructions, if you have a problem with the software, you should send him an email explaining the situation. There are many causes to this error, but if the account is disabled or blocked, forwarding the ports or turning off the firewall won't help at all. Access the contact page and then use the email options to send him an email.
