As I can see, this is an Android application. You can download it through the application's page at Play Store. If you have problems with the download, switch the network connection to something else. Use WiFi or Data connection. Alternatively, clear the cache of the phone from the recovery menu or clear the cache of the Play Store application and Services from the Settings > Applications Manager > All > Google Play Store & Google Play Services. Reboot the phone after this process and it should work.
