How do I change the name of a customer on our work orders so the VIN numbers are accurate to the customer? I can't have duplicate vins.
You will need to read the information on the website in order to change the VIN number. If you use an application, then you have to follow the instructions on the government website. Unfortunately, this is the only way to change the VINs or names. The website should offer you enough information to get this done.
