Since there is no version of the software available for downloading or troubleshooting, I recommend checking its built-in manual/documentation. You can do this using Help > Contents. In case you don't have that menu, then access the installation folder and look for help files (PDF, CHM, TXT). You will find all the necessary information in those files.
I also tried finding the developers, but it appears the software is internally used or discontinued, because no website is available.
