Roundpak RA-2200 software error.

My company used Roundpak RA-2200 of Mitutoyo. Recently my Roundpak RA-2200 haв an application error. When I completed all calculations and saved the result, it didn't show the layout. I don't know why this happens. Can you offer some support?

Unfortunately, there is no information related to this product and its software. There are a few leaflets, but those items don't provide any information at all. However, I recommend contacting the official developers. According to their website, they offer support for the products they sell.
