This is/was an Android application. If you have any issues with it, go to HELP and use the contact information to contact the developer. You need to send him the model and brand of your phone, version of the operating system, Internet connection, and the bug. If it's reachable, he will update the app and provide the next steps in order for you to update it. The Windows version doesn't have the possibility to create playlists.
