The digital music notebooks aren't being used anymore. There was a platform, an application created for this purpose, but it seems they were discontinued (both website and application). Nowadays, everything is almost free when it comes to sheet, music, tools, etc. You might need to use Google Search for this purpose as the digital music notebook services don't exist anymore.
