Problem creating new puzzle in Kakuro V2.

I have a problem with "Kakuro V2".
I have downloaded IOS 8.0.2 and since then I am unable to create a new Kakuro. As always I choose "Tools" and the menu appears but none of the options respond most importantly "Create New Kakuro". I have reached rating "4th" on the highest level and really want to continue using this App. Please, can you help?

The problem with the app is related to its update timeframe. The product was updated in 201 and it's most likely possible that the new iOS isn't fully compatible with the application. My advice is to connect the device to PC and use iTunes to perform a restore operation then attempt to install the application again, but stay away from updating to iOs 8.0.2 and the application should work correctly.
