No, the applications shouldn't crash when they're used together, however, it's recommended to keep only one application installed. Due to its complexity, I recommend that you keep KIS while disabling Windows Defender. To do this, start Windows Defender from Start > type Windows Defender then go to Tools > Options > Administrator and uncheck Use this program ... Alternatively, click on the RealTime module and disable it.
