My first time on Nero shows the following message: "Nero - Burning Rom has a known compatibility issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is compatible with this version of Windows, contact Ahead Software."
How can I update it?
Your Windows operating system is ok, the problem is the software that is outdated. In this case downloading new Nero should fix it.
