The version you have mentioned doesn't exist. You can install Zapya 1.2.0.0 from the official website, but complementary to its installation, Net Framework also needs to be installed to work properly. Download the Net Framework installation package and then install the Zapya client and it should properly.
I installed the application on Windows 8.1 Pro x64 and it's working normally. Net Framework was already installed, so this step was skipped.
