How to stop Samsung billing app from downloading?

Samsung Billing is used when you purchase something. If you disable it or remove it, the buying feature will not be available. However, to disable it you can either update it as a one time operation or disable it from Settings > Applications > All. Locate Samsung Billing on the list and tap it, then select Disable.

This isn't true. The 'disable' option isn't available for Samsung billing.
