We have an outdated version of MRI that closed a period and now will not put any transactions to General Ledger.
Does anyone know how to re-open a prior period?
You can obtain information about this product and its operations from the Support website. I believe you will have to be an active member to be able to access the support section. Because of that, no public information is available. Access the website and log-in with your credentials and that's it. You have the possibility to post on an online form where there are many active users.
