Until wich OSX version will Run MicroCapture Pro run? Will it run on a Mac with OSX 7.0 (Lion) ?

Unfortunately, there are no specifications listed on the official website related to the supported operating systems. However, you have the possibility to test it through the download page. The archive comes as ZIP but it contains the PKG file compatible with your Mac OSX.
