No publish tab on Windows 7 while using CuteSite Builder v3.

There is no publish tab in Windows 7, works fine in XP. How do I fix?

This application has been discontinued. It worked fine in Windows XP, but nowadays, there is no support for Windows 7. You might need to use another application for this purpose. I kindly recommend to access the database of Software Informer to pick an application. I recommend you to use CoffeCup HTML Editor as an alternative.
