Why does Recovery Commander pop up randomly on my PC?

The Recovery Commander window will pop up randomly on my pc from time to time. Why? And is this a problem that should be addressed or fixed?

It seems that the software has been made in such a way that annoys users when you install something or you perform certain operations. To stop this either go into the settings of the software and disable startup. If the software is lacking these features, follow these steps to completely remove the application from starting when you boot up your computer:

1. Go to Start> Run
2. Type msconfig
3. Go to Startup tab and locate Recovery Commander
4. Uncheck the entry and reboot your computer.
