There is no patch to make the game work in 64bit systems, but there is a way out. If you have Windows XP or Windows 7 32-bit, you can install it normally, then apply the available patches and transfer the whole directory to Windows 7 64-bit. This is the only way because the installer doesn't support 64-bit OS, even if the game is running just fine in 64-bit. First install it on another 32bit computer, then transfer the directory and that's it. It should work normally without any tweaks.
