I forgot security pin for my Macbook Pro. What is to be done ?

I have purchased a second hand macbook pro from a friend. He said it was formatted and ready to set up. Now it needs system unlock pin code.

Tried all youtube videos, holding command and C and restart. Nothing. If I try PRAM I get a padlock on the screen wanting a password and nothing works. Can I fix it or can it be fixed by a professional?

If you forgot or don't know the system unlock pin then the system is blocked completely. A clean installation of the system is required in order to gain access to the Mac. You can do this with a bootable MacOs supported version or by visiting the official Apple store where a technician will solve your problem.
