The application uses MDB files to store the information. This means you will need to backup those files and then install the new version. You can use the Export function inside the program to save the databases to other location and then install version 7 (from website) and import the databases back. Notice that it's not advised to upgrade from 3.4 to 7 on the same computer. Remove the old application and then install the new one and import the databases back. This is the recommended way for Epi.
