If you have an Android device, simply connect it to the computer using the USB cable. Enable Mass Storage and wait for Windows/Linux/Mac to install the necessary drivers. Once the phone is installed, access its storage partition and copy the files in the Music folder. This applies for both internal or external storage. After this process, remove the cable and wait for Media Scanner to index all the files and then you can use a video/audio player to play the transferred files.
