Receiving error 15412 when attempting to add information.

I get ERROR 15412 when I want to add information and keeps telling me flash filer data base exception. Can you help?

There is no information about this error, and the only thing I can recommend you is to install the software and check the database connection. Most of these applications use a local or remote database. Check the connection and make sure the software is added to your local firewall as an exception to be excluded from scanning. Additionally, close all the running applications while you use BushSoft Accounts.
