The easiest way to fix this is to actually disable the application and eventually uninstall it if it's not compatible with your OS. It's not recommended to keep an application that has errors on your operating system. Go to Start > Run > msconfig and select the Startup tab, then locate the application in the list and disable it. Additionally, use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
