Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Additionally, go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and locate the camera under Imaging category. Right click it and select Uninstall. A computer restart might be required to complete this operation.
