My Vimicro USB2.0 UVC PC Camera is not detected.

My webcam cannot be detected. I tried installing and uninstalling it and it still gives the same results. I tried it on another PC as well. I'm using Windows Vista. Is it a compatibility problem?

Vimicro USB2.0 UVC PC Camera was designed only for Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003. It's not compatible with Windows Vista.
